We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with all applicable local and International laws, rules and regulations and the highest ethical standards, and this commitment is embodied in Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
The purpose of this Policy is to reiterate our commitment to full compliance by the Company, our subsidiaries and affiliates, our officers, our managers, all third parties working with us on the public and private sector projects, or contracts including agents, consultants, consortium partners, main contractors, sub- contractors, distributors, dealers, and suppliers, its directors, its employees and agents with Local and International Corrupt Practices Act, and any local anti-bribery and/or anti-corruption laws that may be applicable.
The Policy supplements our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and all applicable laws and provides guidelines for compliance with the Company policies applicable to our operations anywhere that we will be operating.
We adopt and abide to all the Tanzania Laws & Regulations for Anti-Corruption.
